Position #1: Sales Manager

We are an established profitable growing company. We are currently looking for talented Sales Managers to help expand our offering: multi-channel advertising using our proprietary cutting edge Data & Technology. A first in programmatic advertising.

The Sales Manager is a Senior Position within the company. This position is the pinnacle of the sales organization and will assist in hiring, training and managing 15+ Sales Reps.

The Sales Manager’s responsibilities are to manage the day to day activities of their Sales Reps. Help develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting. Monitor customer activity and provide feedback to company leadership team.

If you’re interested in 250k opportunity that:

  • Allows you to lead a team of sales reps to sell what every Business wants: profitable sales leads from their advertising.
  • Allows you to earn what you're worth: ­ A Management position specifically designed for Experienced Managers with income goals exceeding 250k.
  • Allows your reps to stop selling (bringing on new accounts) after their first 15-20 accounts. Our production team handles 99% of the day to day activity with clients, however, the sales reps do meet with client’s on bi-weekly basis to review reports
  • The ability to sell the most advanced and powerful ‘in-the-market ad platform on the market. In fact, when all is said and done, our clients would never be able to target prospects who are actively shopping for what they’re selling
  • All the sales tools, training and support you will ever need. We are a lead from the front in the trenches type organization and fully expect the same from our Sales Managers.

This is a Full Commission Position. We require seasoned professionals who have experience leading successful sales teams.

Responsibilities for this key position:

  • Recruit, hire and day to day manage a team of 15 sales reps in building, managing and closing deals in their pipeline
  • Hire when needed
  • Assist Sales Reps in closing deals if needed
  • Attend Sales Trainings, Management Training and Meetings
  • Oversee the day to day sales activities of Sales Reps in CRM
  • Ensure Sales Reps are effectively onboarding and managing new clients

Requirements: Experience and Skills. No Exceptions.

  • Minimum of 7 yrs sales management experience
  • Previous experience in training sales reps to set appointments and make presentations both face to face and on the telephone
  • Previous experience presenting to Management and/or C level executives
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Highly self motivated and driven
  • Pig headed discipline

Expectations:

  • Build Sales Team: Recruit and hire quality sales reps using our sales rep hiring system
  • Motivate and ensure that Sales Reps make 3-5 in person sales calls and/or 50+ calls per day
  • Sales Rep Accountability: No Sales Rep or Sales Territory is a wandering generality. Assist each Sales Rep in building and converting their sales pipeline using all their skill and the tools available from us.
  • Relentless in knowing where your reps stand on each active deal they have in their pipeline

The Sales Manager’s overall compensation package is confidential and will be discussed during your interview. Some highlights include overrides on all sales revenue generated in your territory. Unlike a typical Sales Manager position, you are not the least paid person on the team. The Sales Manager is also entitled to ongoing monthly residuals pursuant to the current commission structure.

The Sales Manager also works in partnership with the owners and the executive team in establishing sales policies and procedures as well as corporate objectives.

MANDATORY PRE-REQUISITE:
Experienced selling in any Vertical and have
active relationships you can leverage.

We’re an established growing company with a strong track record using our proprietary cutting edge Data & Technology looking for talented & highly motivated Sales Representatives to help expand our offering into new territories.

If you’re interested in a 150k+ opportunity that:

  • Allows you to offer what every business wants: Profitable prospects who are actively shopping for the products they sell
  • Uncapped Income allows you to earn what you're worth and designed for those with income goals exceeding $150,000+
  • Have all your deals closed for you, while still being paid FULL Commission (if you have a strong sales Manager)
  • Our production team handles 99% of the day to day activity with clients
  • All the sales tools, training and support you will ever need. We lead from the front by being in the trenches with our team
  • Residual commissions

This is a Full Commission Position. We require seasoned professionals who have experience in setting appointments

Responsibilities for this key position:

  • Set Appointments: Walk-ins and/or Calling on telephone (95% phone)
  • Review campaign results with clients (Bi-weekly)
  • Effectively re-sign clients

Requirements: Experience and Skills. No Exceptions.

  • Minimum of 5 yrs B2B sales experience
  • Previous experience in setting up appointments
  • Highly self motivated and driven

Expectations:

  • Ability to effectively manage time
  • Make 50+ calls per day
  • Relentless in follow up and setting appointments
